Guru Purnima is a Hindu festival in which people pay respect to their Gurus. The Puri Peeth Parishad (Chandigarh unit), headed by Mr. Jatinder Bhatia and Dr. Anu Kant Goyal, MD of Excel Pharma, paid homage to the 165th Shankaracharya at Sanatan Dharam Mandir, Sector 46, Chandigarh, on Guru Purnima.
