The leading ingredients of E-Calcium tablets (AKG-73) are Calcarea carbonica, Calcarea fluorica, Calcarea phosphorica, and Silicea.
Calcarea carbonica: Its primary action is centered in the vegetative sphere, impaired nutrition being the keynote of its action, the glands, skin, & bones being instrumental in the changes wrought, a definite stimulant to the periosteum.
Calcarea fluorica: A powerful tissue remedy for hard, stony glands, varicose and enlarged veins, and malnutrition of bones, caries, and necrosis with boring pains and heat in parts.
Calcarea phosphorica: Especially indicated in tardy dentition & troubles incident to the dentition period, bone inflictions & diseases, non-union of fractured bones, and the anæmias after acute diseases and chronic wasting diseases. It has a special affinity for bones where they form sutures or symphyses.
Silicea: For conditions of imperfect assimilation & consequent defective nutrition, diseases of the bones, caries & necrosis. Silicea may stimulate the organism to re-absorb fibrotic conditions and scar tissue.
